The Service
Expose provides AI-assisted search tools for discovering publicly available online information, public social profiles, public media results, and related web pages. Results may vary based on public source availability, indexing, search quality, and third-party access.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Expose only for lawful, respectful, and personal research purposes. You are responsible for your searches, how you interpret results, and how you use public information.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree to avoid using Expose for:
- Harassment, stalking, threats, intimidation, doxxing, or unwanted targeting.
- Identity theft, impersonation, fraud, or phishing.
- Employment, credit, housing, insurance, lending, law enforcement, or other eligibility decisions.
- Discrimination or harmful profiling.
- Automated scraping, reverse engineering, security testing, or attempts to disrupt the service.
- Uploading images or content you have no lawful right to use.
Public Results and Third-Party Content
Expose may display or link to public content from third-party websites and platforms. We control neither third-party content nor its availability. You should verify important information directly from original sources.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Apple App Store billing. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings. Apple policies control refund decisions.
Intellectual Property
Expose, the website, design, branding, software, and related content are owned by Expose AI or its licensors. You may use the app only as allowed by these Terms.
Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, search sources, pricing, or availability at any time. Some results, links, or features may change due to third-party services or public web changes.
Disclaimer
Expose is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Search results may be incomplete, outdated, mismatched, or inaccurate. Use your own judgment and verify important information from original sources.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Expose AI and its providers are responsible only for direct damages up to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or end access to Expose when use appears abusive, unlawful, harmful, or in conflict with these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the app changes. The updated version will show a new date at the top of this page.
